Lake Tahoe is situated between the states of California and Nevada and is guarded by the Carson and Sierra Nevada mountain ranges attracting tourists far and wide. The lake is also known as one of five crater lakes found in the USA, formed by primordial geological processes during the ice age over 2 million years ago. The picturesque setting also attracts those who are wealthy enough to build super homes.

And online YouTube realtor Enes Yilmazer takes a look around a $12 million Lake Tahoe superhome, which also includes a hybrid Porsche 918 Spyder. The 918 Spyder is the Lake Tahoe of supercars, but it’s 875bhp and 1,280 N⋅m (944 lbf⋅ft) of torque was formed by a 4.6-litre naturally aspirated V8 and two electric motors.

The 918 Spyder was manufactured between 2013-2015 and only 918 examples were ever made, hence the moniker “918” clever eh? They cost $845,000 new and today prime pre-owned examples can fetch up to $1 million. That being said… it looks damn good. The superhome… it’s OK.
