A Rolls Royce supercar? don’t make me laugh. Rolls Royce is about high-quality craftsmanship from the interior, exterior to the underlying BMW 7 Series chassis and engineering. But above all a Rolls is about luxury motoring you, the so-called 99 percent, will never be able to afford brand spanking new. If you work in the banking industry and have accumulated wealth via the fixed, corrupt, highly-regulated domain of Wall Street then you are the 1 percent, that owner of a $28 million apartment overlooking Central Park one-percenter. 

And you, the one-percenter multi-multi-millionaire and multi-billionaire, you can afford the very best money can buy because you have wealth that will never run out. Digital artist Rain Prisk has conceptualized a Rolls Royce Supercar. However, there is one problem.

These days automotive companies across all buying demographics are experiencing high demand for SUVs. Lamborghini now sells more Urus SUVs than it’s entire sports car lineup combined. So that naturally begs the question, is such a supercar really needed at all? 

Even Rain Prisk admits his latest supercar vision is superfluous, saying:

“Rolls-Royce supercar. Probably the most pointless design I have done, I can’t think of a single reason for that car to exist. Had a hard time trying to mix the classic Rolls-Royce lines with mid-engine layout, but I’m actually really happy with the result. It would be the classiest looking supercar and I am a fan of the looks.”
