Engineering Explained is in big trouble. The old 100-year-old domination of the internal combustion engine age (ICE age) is under serious threat. Governments across the world are determined to end the ICE age monopoly of global transportation and make haste the switch to a world of electric powered automobiles.

Flying in the face of this massive shift, from polluting to renewable, cleaner energy, Engineering Explain informs his YouTube audience he has no intention of adapting to change. Indeed, the YouTuber believes the ICE age will live on for a while yet.

Think about it for a minute. When the age of the internal combustion engine is over, Engineering Explained will be out of a job. Afterall he makes his living by explaining all things mechanical, and occasionally EV.
