Awesome Photo Realistic Forza Horizon 4 Gameplay Revealed At E3 2018
Video

It’s E3 2018 and that means a bunch of games being revealed seemingly all at the same time, somewhere in between all of that digital noise is Forza Horizon 4, an open world driving sim/arcade where virtual reality is reality and where dreams really do come true thanks to the intervention of 3D CGI rendered in almost, almost photo realism.

E3 2018 games seem to be heavy on photorealism, if you want truely photorealistic CGI games then your best bet is to buy a dedicated gaming PC, because a PC, even a desktop, is more powerful than a gaming console. It’s always been that way, but a gaming console is, kind of like a specialist. But anyway, the E3 2018 gameplay footage reveals Forza Horizon 4 as we know it, an arcade driving game accessible to all, personally not my type of game because I prefer out and out driving sims. This time the open world is set in a fictionalised recreation of the United Kingdom but the real interest is that it takes place in a synchronised shared world… which means gamers race against fellow gamers and not AI opponents of past iterations. Game developers have been saying, for dozens of years, that their in-game AI engine is the most advanced yet seen. In reality, it’s just marketing ploy designed to help boost sales. In-game AI has always been stupid because it takes a lot of processing power ontop other multiple processes that are going on in real-time. So the AI gets dumbed down and what remains is a shiny looking product that behaves stupidly. But as computers, specifically game consoles, become more powerful the AI is now becoming much more advanced, but it’s still stupidly primitive right now even with the latest hardware. But I would argue real gamers are actually dumber than AI and much more unpredictable which, conversely, makes gaming much more fun than competing against stupid AI. Forza Horizon 4 will feature over 450 licensed cars and a route creator that allows users to create their own races. Up to 72 cars will be able to compete in any given race over 4 seasons of British weather. Developed by Playground Studios and published by Microsft Studios, Forza Horizon 4, if you didn’t already know, is an Xbox One exclusive and is scheduled for release on 2 October 2018.  E3 2018 Forza Horizon 4 Gameplay dailycarblog
