The X Box One  exclusive has around 460 cars and 26 tracks for players to choose from. The Windows 10 PC version will offer up a trimmed down 64 cars and six locations. If you want to get to that full 4k resolution you will need a pretty hefty PC to shift all of those polygons, graphics engines and latest DirectX 12.
