In Russia if you decide to cross a train track then don’t expect any signals to warn you of a train about to speed by. No, in Russia you rely on your eyes and by turning your head either left or right which is presumably what the driver in this video did.
At some point during this attempted crossing the driver spotted the train but decided he either couldn’t brake in time to stop or at the very last moment decided he wasn’t going to make it in time.
In Russia you are taught to save yourself first and to hell with the consequences, in the end the car does cross the train track safely albeit without the driver at the steering wheel.
